What if I originally selected "In-Store Pick Up", but then decide I want it shipped?

What payment options do you accept on the website?
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also purchase using PayPal and Afterpay.
How much is sales tax?
If shipping within the state of California, a 9.5% Sales Tax will be applied to your order.
How do I know my order has been placed?
Once an order is placed, you will recieve an order confirmation email. This email includes all the order details. When the order ships from the fulfillment center, a shipment confirmation email will be sent which includes tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us at info@oliviaquidoskin.com or call 562-897-1445, 562-865-2030, or 562-865-2036 to cancel or change an order. Please contact us immediately after the order is placed. We are unable to change any order that is already been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will have to be treated as a return. See return instructions below.
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
The product I want is out of stock, will it be available again?
Yes! If the product still appears on our website then it is currently on reorder and will be restocked. Please fill out the 'Email me when available' form that appears on the product's page to be notified when the product is back in stock. If the product has been removed entirely then it's likely we've discontinued it.
Do you have any offers running at the moment?
The best way to stay up to date on offers is to sign up for our newsletter, join our VIP Facebook group, or follow us online on Facebook and Instagram.
Where do I apply my promotion code?
Once you've reviewed your cart and moved to the checkout process you will see a prompt to enter a "promo code" to apply to the order total balance.
What can I do if I forgot to use my promotion code?
Please contact customer service at info@oliviaquidoskin.com or call 562-897-1445, 562-865-2030, or 562-865-2036 immediately after the order is placed and have your order number ready. If your order has already been processed or shipped we cannot guarantee that the item or discount will be applied.
Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per customer. Offers may limit the use of additional promotion codes. Promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Olivia Quido / O Skin Med Spa reserve the right to change or retract offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes outside of the defined offer parameters may result in order cancellation.
If you are having an issue with a promo code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the promo code or that the code is still valid. If you are having trouble with a promo code, please use our chat or reach out to our customer service for assistance.
How does in-store pick up work?
During checkout, select "In-Store Pick Up" as your delivery method. Order by 3:00 p.m. to pick up next day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will require an additional day for fulfillment. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick up location is O Skin Med Spa, 369 Los Cerritos Center, Cerritos, CA 90703. When you pick up you be asked to show your order confirmation email, either printed or on your phone.
How long will the spa hold my pickup order?
You will have 7 days to pick up your order before items are returned to the warehouse. Please call 562-897-1445, 562-865-2030, or 562-865-2036 to make arrangements for a new pickup date and time.
Can I extend the pickup window?
We are not able to extend pickup windows. If you aren’t able to pick up your order by the end of the seventh day, your order will be returned to the warehouse. Please call 562-897-1445, 562-865-2030, or 562-865-2036 to make arrangements for a new pickup date and time.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
We will contact you to arrange a new pickup date and time.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Visit our front desk and our staff will assist you in getting your order.
Where do I pay for my pick up order?
Payment will be collected online at checkout, prior to placing your pickup order. No payment will be collected at the spa unless you choose to purchase additional items.
What if I complete my purchase online then decide that I want to pick up my order instead of ship it?
Please contact us immediately at 562-897-1445, 562-865-2030, or 562-865-2036 and we can assist you in canceling your online order and placing a new order for pick-up at the spa. If however, you have received a confirmation email that your order has been processed and / or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order or change the delivery method at that time.
Can I have someone else pick up my order?
You may forward your order confirmation email to whomever you would like to pick up your order.
